DUI Violations

Driving Under the Influence (DUI) or Operating While Intoxicated (OWI) is a term used to refer to a drunk driving infraction. In Iowa, individuals under the age of 21 may commit a DUI or OWI if they are about or already operating a motor vehicle with a 0.02 percent of blood alcohol (BAC) level. A DUI/OWI is also committed when individuals 21 years of age or older have a 0.08 percent BAC and when commercial drivers have 0.04 percent of BAC. When you have been arrested for a DUI/OWI you will need to face an administrative review and a legal process. Seek legal advice to help you deal with all the legal procedures and responsibilities resulting from a DUI or OWI.
